Vernissage: June 20, 6-8 pm

Acrylic on canvas, watercolour with pen & ink.

I realized that I wanted to be an artist at age six when I was growing up in Minden, Germany. I enrolled at the College of Art in Cologne to study fine art when I was eighteen. After graduation, in 1969, I moved to Toronto and worked there as an illustrator and became an established artist.

I have exhibited in galleries in Canada, Germany, USA, Russia, Costa Rica and Japan. My body of work ranges from realism to expressional abstraction and my preferred media are watercolour, acrylic, pen and ink and printmaking.

I illustrated and published Zoe a Monkey’s Tale in support of Sibu Sanctuary and Nosara Wild Life Rescue in Costa Rica.

The last years I have been painting the Universe.
A voyage through space and time.
